I did my bi-weekly shopping at the commissary.  I picked up the rewards card and a bottle of coke for 1¢.  My total was $256.03, OOP $231.39 and coupon savings $24.64.  Most of my items had no coupons for them so I did spend a little more than normal.

When I do my next grocery shopping I will add e-coupons to my list since you can download coupons to your commissary rewards card.  Just like Food Lion or Harris Teeter, you can only use the commissary rewards at the commissary.
